It is the Policy of Eastern Fluid Power Ltd to provide a high quality, professional and efficient service in order to ensure the satisfaction of all of its interested and relevant parties. This Quality Policy Statement aims at securing a strong customer focus and the enhancement of long-term sustainability and profitability within the Company. The company will determine whether climate change is a relevant issue and address the needs of its interested parties in this respect.
Senior Management will show leadership and commitment and bear the responsibility for establishing, implementing, integrating and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS). Senior Management also undertakes to ensure that sufficient resources are made available to achieve this.
The Company undertakes to ensure through communication, engagement, practical example and training that Quality is the aim of all employees of the Company.
Through direction and support, each employee will have a proper understanding of the importance of the QMS, their responsibility to contribute to its effectiveness and its direct relevance to the success of the Company.
Equally, every employee is responsible for and will be trained in the duties required by their specific role.
Eastern Fluid Power Ltd has a Policy of promoting continual improvement and setting of quality objectives in line with the framework laid down within the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, and any other necessary requirements. These objectives will address the risks and opportunities within the Company, as determined by the Company.
The Company hereby certifies that the Scope of the Management System and all associated documentation accurately describes the QMS in use within the Company such as to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
The QMS will be monitored, measured, evaluated and enhanced regularly by Senior Management as part of their responsibilities, with regular reporting and communication of the status and effectiveness at all levels.
